Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for deliveries within the United States. We deliver seven days a week. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations. All orders on Zanny Home qualify for FREE shipping!

My order arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?

If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Should you wish to return the item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?

We do our best to ship your entire order together in a single package. Occasionally, orders may be split across multiple shipments due to product availability, items shipping from different locations, or large order sizes. Rest assured, you will never be charged extra for split shipments.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact us right away so we can send you the correct product along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
